Julian has been in working in the environmental space, particularly in trees, for more than 25 years. He was originally qualified as a grounds-person/trainee climber. He has since gained experience as a Cert V Arborist managing contracts in the Council, Civil and the Utilities spaces. Knowledge of regulations and standards combined with his in-depth experience from commercial operations gives him an unparalleled practical perspective.
Julian is fond of all Ocean activities, especially surfing, and can be found most weekends passing on his coastal knowledge to his children. Julian has been a long-time supporter of the McGrath foundation and a supporter of his local Steiner Kindergarten for Early Childhood learning, giving time in maintaining their grounds and trees.
